I have combined many decades of living a rural life with my education and experience as a certified residential appraiser. This allows me to provide all types of clients with my extensive experience of appraising rural and complex properties. As a current resident of Mariposa I specialize in providing home and land valuations throughout Mariposa county (including Yosemite National Park), Eastern Madera County including Ahwahnee, Oakhurst, Bass Lake, North Fork, Coarsegold as well as Tuolumne County. I am also accepting appraisal assignments in Santa Cruz County. I welcome all clients ranging from national mortgage and AMC companies to local lenders and private party clients.
